1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jebaj platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the jebaj website or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this platform.

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, "jebaj", "we", "our" refers to the entity operating the jebaj platform. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person registered on or accessing the platform. "Platform" refers to the jebaj website, mobile site, and all associated services.

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Each user may use each promotion once only

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

jebaj is committed to ensuring a fair play and transparent gaming environment.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games on jebaj use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, server disruption, or connection issue, jebaj reserves the right to cancel that game and refund the bet. Any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a technical error is not valid.

6.3 Collusion & Cheating

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by jebaj

jebaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• To ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity (12 months without any activity)

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting jebaj customer support. All wagering requirements must be met and any balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of Terms, jebaj reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and bonus-related winnings. The original deposited funds may be returned subject to review of the circumstances.
